That shit looked like cement once we covered the whole wall 😭 we changed it two more times after that. One swatch we liked (looked like a taupe) so we did the whole walls. We painted our walls so many different colours. You're giving me flashbacks to when we painted our house lol so in the end it was worth it, but damn it's freaking nuts. The paint shop made real good money with us. So of course, we went back and bought different colors for a few areas and repainted them. I had enough at that point, like "fuck it, that's good enough", but my wife had a different opinion. Well, some colors didn't look the same as the patches when the whole room was painted. Most colors don't look the same on different walls, more or less light, natural vs artificial light. We chose favorites for each area, bought 2-5 actual paint samples for each area and painted large patches of each sample on every wall/area. grays, "greiges", whites, some yellows for the sunroom. bathroom, sunroom, living room, kitchen.ceilings, walls, baseboards, window sills, etc. We picked probably 5-10 little color cards and taped them on our walls for every area to be painted.
